Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fantastic outdoor pool, and a cute bar area. On my first visit, the staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend dining at the Portuguese restaurant. I'm coming back for a weekend!

But honestly, why's the pool water colder than our ice cream? It's like a polar plunge, darling!

We had a lovely family trip and enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden areas that kept the kids entertained. However, we encountered some noise from live performances at the bar below our room, which made it hard for the kids to sleep. Overall, the hotel had plenty of positives, but a quieter environment would have made our stay even better.

The noise from nearby traffic is unbearable!!! Some rooms have unpleasant views, and spa reservations are unnecessarily complex for spontaneous guests. Also, the Wi-Fi connection is a joke — quite frustrating for those needing to stay connected!!!

We had an awesome time with our friends! The swimming pools and expansive gardens kept us entertained. The hotel also has an activity program for adults and seasonal events for kids, making it fun for everyone. Just a heads up, water is free only on the first day.

The reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly during check-in, which was not the warm welcome we expected.

Families often claimed the pool area with towels early in the morning, making it difficult to find lounges at peak times. Overall, there were just a few hiccups that overshadowed a pleasant stay.
